Screen a patient against nearby trials in the time you actually have.
Curova is a registry search layer built for the fifteen minutes at the end of a visit, not for an afternoon of reading. It returns a ranked shortlist with the eligibility logic exposed, and it exports into the places your work already lives.
The workflow
No records to upload and no integration to stand up. Nothing here requires the patient to have an account.
- Step 1
At the point of care
Enter the histology, the patient’s location and a radius, and get a ranked candidate list with an adjustable match threshold. Filter to recruiting sites only, so the list you discuss is the list that can actually screen.
- Step 2
From the molecular report
Search the alteration directly rather than working backwards from tumor type — the entry point a molecular tumor board actually starts from.
- EGFR L858R
- KRAS G12C
- BRCA1
- MSI-H
- Step 3
Narrowing the list
Open the match reasoning to see which inclusion and exclusion criteria were satisfied from the information supplied, and which remain unresolved pending chart review. Put two candidates side by side to compare phase, line of therapy and site distance.
- Step 4
Out of the tool
Export the shortlist as CSV, copy NCT IDs into the chart or a tumor board deck, print to PDF for the record, or hand the patient something they can take home. Bookmarks import and export, so a coordinator can pick up a list an oncologist built.
What it does and does not do
- Source and currency
- Records are derived from ClinicalTrials.gov. Every result links back to its registry record, and the NCT ID is always visible so you can verify against the source rather than take our restatement of it.
- Match scores are a triage aid
- A score reflects how well the supplied information maps to the criteria published in the registry record. It is not an eligibility determination, and registry text is frequently less current and less specific than the protocol. Site screening remains the only authority on eligibility.
- What alteration search covers
- Searching the alteration directly surfaces candidates you would miss working backwards from tumor type. Treat it as that, rather than as a comprehensive sweep of every biomarker-defined cohort.
- No PHI on this website
- This marketing site collects no health information of any kind, and the contact form below is scoped to name, email, organization and message. Anything clinical belongs in the product, behind its own consent flow.
Sites, health systems and sponsors
If you run a trial site or a research program and want to talk about referral flow, pre-screening volume, or getting your open studies in front of the right patients, we would rather have that conversation than guess at it.
Tell us what you are trying to solve and we will tell you honestly whether Curova helps yet. Please keep patient details out of the message.
